Thank you, FOSS United!

A few days ago, our request to FOSS United's grant program was approved, and we are happy to announce that their grant of 20,000 INR (~230 EUR) will be able to finance our operations for the entire year!

This will allow us to keep providing you access to our privacy front-ends, utilities and of course, the pubnix with the same, if not improved level of performance and reliability.

In the beginning of the year, we had put out a request for donations, which was needed to keep the project afloat for another year with enough cushion to deal with hardware issues and un-expected expenses.

You can find out more about our expenses and finances on our transparency repo

The need for donations lead us to FOSS United, an Indian non-profit dedicated to spreading the message of FOSS and strengthening the FOSS community in the country.

Through their recently re-opened grants program, we were successfully able to get the grant for the work we do here.

Just as a clarification, this grant **does not** mean that FOSS United or anyone else for that matter has any extra say on the work or direction of our project(s). Project Segfault always has been and will remain independent.

To end this, we would like to sincerely thank FOSS United, and all other donors and supporters of Project Segfault - it is only because of y'all that we have been able to provide this level of service for our community for the past how-many-ever years and hopefully, many more years to come!
